PROPERTIES:
Choiceness ZnO is suitable for rubber industry, combined with elastomer that can avoid absorbing moisture in the air in storage. Compared to what contains ZnO powders, the extruded products which contain pre-dispersed masterbatch Actmix ZnO-80 have a smoother surface due to more homogeneous distribution. It can enhance tensile modulus and tensile strength and improve elongation at break of the vulcanizate.

DOSAGE:
3-8phr usually.

Almost all kinds of rubber products, improving static and dynamic mechanical properties.
