How does a 3 way dc solenoid solenoid water valve work?

The working principle of the three-way solenoid valve water valve can be summarized as follows:

1. Structural classification:

There are three main structures of three-way solenoid valves: one in and two out, two in and one out, and one in and one out (divided into normally closed and normally open).

2. Working principle:

·One in and two out: When the coil of the solenoid valve is energized, the solenoid valve will control two air outlets, one open and one closed. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the opening and closing sequence of the air outlet is opposite to that when it is energized.

Two in and one out: When the coil of the solenoid valve is energized, the solenoid valve will control two air inlets, one open and one closed. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the opening and closing sequence of the air inlet is opposite to that when it is energized.

One in and one out (normally closed): When the coil in the solenoid valve is energized, interface A leads to interface B, and interface C is automatically closed. When the coil in the solenoid valve is de-energized, interface A is automatically closed, and interface B leads to interface C.

One in and one out (normally open): When the coil in the solenoid valve is energized, interface C leads to interface A, and interface B is automatically closed. When the coil in the solenoid valve is de-energized, port C is automatically closed and port A is connected to port B.

Components of a 3 way mini electric water valve:

The three way dc solenoid water valve consists of an electromagnet, a valve body and a valve core. When the electromagnet is powered on, its coil generates a magnetic field, attracting the valve core, sealing it with the valve body, and blocking the fluid. When the electromagnet is powered off, the magnetic field disappears, the valve core rebounds, and is disconnected from the valve body, allowing the fluid to flow smoothly.

Control method of three way mini water control valve:

There are usually two control methods for three-way solenoid valves: direct control and indirect control.

Direct control: The electromagnet directly controls the position of the valve core by connecting and disconnecting the current, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the fluid.

Indirect control: The electromagnet indirectly controls the opening and closing of the main valve by controlling another valve.
