SKYSIL SS-600 is a conductive silica matting agent designed specifically for electronic-grade coatings. Through precise carbon content control

and surface treatment, it delivers excellent matting results while also providing superior static dissipation, meeting the stringent anti-static

performance requirements of high-end electronic applications.

1. Exceptional carbon content (5.5%) ensures long-lasting antistatic performance.

2. Ultra-low sulfate content (≤0.2%) reduces corrosion risk and improves product reliability.

3. Excellent conductivity (≤200μs/cm) provides a rapid static dissipation path.

4. High surface area (130m²/g) ensures exceptional matting efficiency.

5. Low oil absorption (230-280g/100g) significantly reduces formulation costs.

Applications:

Electronic component protective coatings, anti-static packaging materials, medical device coatings, and protective coatings for data center equipment.
