Heavy Duty Cable Reeling Machine

The MARSHINE Heavy Duty Cable Reeling Machine is a full diesel standalone unit suitable for underground cable laying in remote mountain construction sites. With a multi-speed gearbox and an integrated heavy-duty steel drum with winding, the cable take-up winch provides constant torque for the neat unwinding and recovering of the power and optical ground conductor. Featuring an automatic layering winding guide to avoid cable overlap or entangle, this cable rethinning machine ensures stable line layout and prevents jacket wear in long-hour nonstop working. Constructed with a bolstered anti-slip braking system which stops the drum immediately as soon as power is interrupted, this cable reeling machine prevents unintentional cable rollbacks on incline ground.

The cable take-up winch with a maximum traction force, three tiers of adjustable speed to adapting to different construction environment.

Slow speed is 8.5 m/min at full rated load for slow and precise pay-out when over-head tension stringing, high speed is 33.5 m/min for quick take-up of empty cable during overhead recovery operation.

Its solid alloy steel drum has capacity for a steel wire rope of 400m in length with a maximum diameter of 12mm, which is more than sufficient to span long cross-valley pulls.

Matched single cylinder diesel power unit with a built-in fuel tank of 12L, the 13HP diesel power unit runs 7 hours nonstop in the field without refueling.

The MARSHINE Cable Rewinding Machine weighs 165 kg with a compact outer dimension of 1200mm *850mm*950mm, light enough for two technicians to carry it onto tower platforms or into small transport vehicles.

The heavy duty cable reeling machine pays out the cable under control over new overhead transmission line tension stringing on long runs in the middle of nowhere.

The MARSHINE Cable Take-up Winch sufficient low speed stable winding during the underground medium voltage cable laying in city-verge works.

This cable rewinding machine will efficiently rewind recycled optical fiber cable to storage reel for multiple constructions uses.

It provides the fastest reverse traction to recoup cable that is broken during post-storm overhead line repair missions.

The cable winding machine is used for the mass wire winding work at the substation and solar power station erection field work for the prefabrication work.
