3. Standing quadriceps stretch: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and wrap a resistance band around one ankle. Holding both ends of the band with both hands, lift your feet so the band faces your hips. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Switch legs and repeat.
4. Standing Shoulder Stretch: Hold the resistance band with both hands and place it behind your back. Keeping your arms straight, slowly raise the band toward your head. Hold for 10-15 seconds.
5. Standing chest expansion: Hold the resistance band with both hands and place it behind your back. Keeping your arms straight, slowly pull the band toward your chest. Hold for 10-15 seconds.
