This electrical product injection mold presents several significant manufacturing challenges due to its highly detailed structure, complex parting design, and the integration of multiple precision mechanisms within a limited mold space. The product geometry includes deep cavities, sharp internal corners, and intricate ribs that require extremely precise CNC machining and EDM processing to achieve tight dimensional tolerances and perfectly matching surfaces. The mold also incorporates multi-directional sliders, lifters, and collapsing mechanisms to release complex undercuts, making the internal structure dense and requiring meticulous alignment control. Even slight deviations in parallelism or center positioning can lead to severe issues such as part deformation, interference during ejection, or premature wear of moving components. In addition, ensuring uniform packing and minimizing sink marks on thick-to-thin transitions is technically demanding, particularly when dealing with engineering plastics that require precise temperature and flow control.
 
The mold base steel is S50C and mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more.
