Achieving stable filling across multiple cavities requires extensive simulation, validation, and fine-tuning during mold trials. Electrical connector parts are often molded from engineering plastics with specific electrical insulation, heat resistance, and mechanical strength requirements. Each material presents unique flow and shrinkage characteristics, which must be fully considered during mold design and steel selection to guarantee long-term production stability. The mold base steel is S50C and mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more.
