Mold position testing

This is a auto functional parts mould for car joystick mold produced by our company, it is an Overmoulding. The material of the substrate is PA66+30GF, the surface finish is technical polish, the cavity is 1+1, the runner is cold runner, the mold steel is S136, and the mold life of the mold steel is 500,000~1,000,000 cycles. The material of the over mold is TPE, the surface finish is texture, the cavity is 1+1+2+3, the runner is cold runner, the mold steel is S136, and the mold life of the mold steel is 500,000~1,000,000 cycles.

Over mould usually has two pairs of molds, one half is installed on the fixed mold plate of the two-color injection molding machine, that is, the side with the injection gate, and the other half is installed on the movable mold rotary plate, that is, the side where the mold is ejected. The back molds of these two sets of molds are usually identical, but the front molds are different. This is a molding cycle process, each molding cycle will have a semi-product and a finished product.
