This is a custom injection molding mobile phone case mold designed and produced by our company. This product is also an over Mold. The TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) phone case mold is a specialized tool used in the injection molding process to manufacture phone cases from TPU material. TPU is a flexible and versatile thermoplastic material known for its excellent balance of properties, including durability, elasticity, and impact resistance. TPU phone case molds offer several advantages for producing high-quality phone cases. TPU is known for its flexibility and elasticity, making it an ideal material for phone cases that need to absorb and distribute impact forces, protecting the device from drops and shocks. 

We used high-quality mold insert steel H13, the hardness of which can reach HRC48-52, and the mold life can reach 500,000-1,000,000 shots when the mold is properly maintained. The mold cavity is 1*1, the surface finish of the cavity is VDI24.
