This is a Inside unscrewing Mould. Designing and fabricating molds for internal threaded parts require intricate machining processes to ensure accurate thread profiles and dimensions. Achieving the precise geometry of the threads poses a significant challenge during mold creation. In order to make the injection molding production more efficient, we adopt the option of 1*2 cavity in the mold design. With the help of the texture surface finish, it achieves a refined appearance while meeting the customer's precision and aesthetic requirements. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel H13 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained, the gate way used hot runner tip gate. This product has both inside unscrewing and outside unscrewing. Ensuring the integrity and strength of internal threads during the injection molding process is challenging.
