ALUMINIUM PROFILES PRODUCTION

GUANGYUAN Aluminium is a comprehensive large scale aluminium profile factory,which was founded in 1993.We have about 500000 sqm and more than 800 workers.We manufacture all different kinds of aluminium profiles,like building profiles and industrial profiles.Besides,we are able to customize manufacture according to customers' drawings and samples.With 30 extrusion line，3 coating lines ，anodize line，our annual output was about 120000 tons.

Next, I will introduce the production process of GuangYuan curtain wall aluminum profiles. First, we will prepare alloy aluminium ingots that meet the standard, and then the aluminum ingots are heated in a furnace to melt and cast into aluminium rods. Through the extrusion machine mold extrusion into different sections of aluminum profiles, and then aging treatment, and then according to customer requirements of the aluminium extrusion profiles surface treatment, such as anodizing,PVDF painting,powder coating.Aluminum profiles are cut according to customer requirements. The next step is quality testing, packaging and shipping of products that pass the test.
