Hydraulic System Flow Control Valve LKF

LKF hydraulic control valve is a device used to control fluid flow in hydraulic system. It changes the flow of fluid through the valve by adjusting the opening degree of the valve core, thus realizing the accurate control of the flow rate in the hydraulic system. 

 LKF hydraulic flow control valve works as follows: 

1. Spool position adjustment: Spool position determines the size of hydraulic flow. When the spool moves toward the opening direction, the flow of fluid through the valve increases; when the spool moves toward the closing direction, the flow of fluid through the valve decreases. 

2. Spool Force Balance: there is a spring on the spool, used to make the spool back to the initial position. When the pressure in the hydraulic system acts on the spool, the spool will be pressure and spring force balance, so as to maintain a stable position. 

3. Flow Regulation: by adjusting the opening of the spool, you can change the hydraulic system of fluid flow. The flow rate increases with the increase of spool opening degree and decreases with the decrease of spool opening degree.
