Video details

The main purpose of tire debeader is to facilitate the recycling of waste tires. The beads wires that are removed from the tires are made of steel and can be recycled for other uses. Tire wire remover machine operates by placing the tire between the two hooks. The hooks then penetrate the tire and grip the bead wire. The motor then powers the machine to pull the bead wire out of the tire. The speed reducer ensures that this process is done at a controlled and safe speed.
