On the other hand, with the increase of the scale of hybrid and electric vehicles, the development of new special hybrid transmission and pure electric drive system has become a trend, which is mainly manifested in two directions:
(1) The motor and automatic transmission are integrated into a unified functional system, which is combined with the engine to form a hybrid power system. When the production scale reaches a certain extent, the number of transmission gears can be reduced, and the cost and space of the system can be optimized while saving fuel.
(2) The transmission of electric vehicles, due to the output characteristics of the motor, the electric vehicle drive system is generally only a single or two-stage transmission, the mechanical structure is greatly simplified, but when the single speed is very high, the NVH should be well optimized; In addition, it is necessary to improve the integration and achieve modular products.
