Water-based High-Temperature Screen Printing Ink for Wine Bottles and Glass

I. Product Introduction

This series of water-based high-temperature screen printing inks for wine bottles and glass is a water-based, environmentally friendly, high-temperature sintering screen printing ink. It is formulated with water-based low-temperature pre-curing resin, high-temperature inorganic fusion powder, high-temperature resistant environmentally friendly pigments, and glass-specific silane coupling agents. Deionized water is used as the main dispersion medium. It is specifically designed for screen printing on sodium-calcium-silicate glass substrates such as liquor bottles, red wine bottles, beverage bottles, and aromatherapy cosmetic bottles.

The product is divided into two main systems: medium-high temperature baking type (180–280℃ thermosetting) and tempering sintering type (650–720℃ high-temperature fusion). It is suitable for two mainstream processes in wine bottle production lines: post-printing oven high-temperature baking and direct tempering/baking furnace sintering after printing. The entire process is low in VOCs and free of benzophenone strong solvents. The screen and squeegee are cleaned with water, completely replacing traditional oil-based high-temperature glass inks and meeting the environmental control requirements for food contact and wine packaging.
