Description:

PVC end seal tape is made from qualified PVC film and rubber pressure-senstitve adhesive,weather resistance,corrosion resistant.White black, yellow color is available.

Applications:

Used for corrosion protection of ground and underground pipes like air duct,water pipe, oil pipe.

Available size:

Thickness: 0.1 mm to 0.30 mm

Width:48 mm to 1250 mm

Length: 6 m to 60 m

Tensile strength ≥ 25 N/cm

Elongation : 150%

180° Peel strength to steel : ≥1.8 N/cm

Allows for easier surface preparation prior to welding

The coating cutback and the pipe end shall be dry and clean, and free from any visible contaminants. Use standard tape application

with moderate tension. Void or entrapped air underneath the tape,if any, shall be worked out using gloved hand or a roller in order to

enhance contact. Avoid and repair if found, any damage or puncture to the tape during application, handling or storage of taped pipes.
