Micro DC diaphragm water pump mainly consists of the following three parts:

1. Pump casing: The pump casing is the shell of a DC Diaphragm Pump, usually made of cast iron or engineering plastics. There is a diaphragm chamber inside the pump casing, and the fluid medium flows in the diaphragm chamber.

2. Diaphragm: The diaphragm is the core component of the Mini DC Diaphragm Pump. It is generally made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber or plastic. The diaphragm separates the main body of the water pump from the fluid medium, allowing the fluid medium to flow inside the diaphragm, thereby realizing the transportation and pressurization of the fluid medium.

3. Transmission mechanism: The transmission mechanism is the power source of the micro DC diaphragm water pump, generally using motor or manual transmission. The transmission mechanism transmits power to the main body of the water pump through the crank-link mechanism, causing the diaphragm to move back and forth to pressurize and transport the fluid medium.
