Metal spinning machine belongs to metal plastic forming machinery. The bed is equipped with an AC servo system. The rotary wheel frame in this system is provided with two vertical and horizontal carriages. The horizontal and vertical feeds adopt precision ball screw pairs, which are driven by the servo motor and the synchronous belt in turn. The pair is connected with the precision ball screw pair; there is a precision ball linear guide under the carriage; a "copying" mechanism for the contour of the core die is arranged on the top of the lateral carriage of the rotary wheel frame; the numerical control system device for controlling the servo system And the programmable logic controller that controls the hydraulic transmission system is connected with the industrial PC respectively. The new type of spinning machine realizes automatic processing and control. It is a multi-functional and general-purpose equipment with high precision and reliability.
