Silicone cables which with excellent properties against fire protection demand, can be used in extreme environments and temperature ranges between -55℃ and up to 260℃ without loosing physical properties. Silicone cables are flame resistance and low smoke.
Silicone Extrusion Line Features:
1. The extruder work with silicone compound.
2. Special screw design (L/D) ratio and compression ratio (C/R) for silicone compounds.
3. Crosshead with bypass valve, minimum scrap while quick change color for stripping or skinning.
4. PLC control system, line speed, batch production count, cable OD, RPM etc. set and display on touch screen, easy operation.
5. “All-in-one” button, cable OD keep stable while speed acceleration or deceleration.
6. Equipped with feeding rolls for silicone strips.
7. Equipped with infrared and hot air tunnel heating ovens for silicone cable high temperature curing.
8. Water cooling with temperature control on screw and barrel.
