Brief introduction 

This is a manual nuts coating machine. It is widely used in snack food processing industry. It is a special equipment to coat flour and syrup for different kinds of food, such as Japanese beans, Korean beans, hollow beans, fish skin peanuts and other kinds of coated nuts. The equipment can also be used to make dumplings, so it is also called dumpling machine.

The coating machine produced by our company has the advantages of reasonable circle, stable linear speed, ideal logistics curve 

flow, stable rotation, low noise and no pollution, and can meet the process requirements of granular food coating production. The equipment has two models of fixed speed and stepless speed regulation, which can be used to process different kinds of granular 

food.

The coated and polished peanut beans (or granular materials of other foods) have a bright surface, which can prevent oxidation, moisture or volatilization. After adding different condiments, the food particles coated by the machine can be made into different flavors and tastes to meet the taste needs of different people.

We can also supply automatic coating machine with capacity 200-300kg/h, 400-500kg/h, 800-1000kg/h.
