304/304L/316/430 Stainless Steel Plates
This heat-resistant stainless steel coil is specially developed for high-temperature environments. It is designed with a multi-element alloy of chromium, nickel, silicon and rare earth (such as 309S/310S/253MA, etc.). Through a special deoxidation process, the oxidation at the grain boundaries is controlled. It still maintains excellent oxidation resistance at a continuous working temperature of 800-1150℃. The product complies with the ASTM A240 standard and is suitable for high-temperature scenarios such as thermal equipment and industrial furnaces.
Galvalume Steel adopts a 55% Al-45% Zn hot-dip galvanized alloy coating. Its corrosion resistance is four times that of ordinary galvanized steel. The salt spray test lasts for more than 1500 hours, and there is no coating cracking when bent at 90°. It is widely used in photovoltaic brackets, home appliance casings and building roofs, providing a protection period of more than 25 years.
Galvanized Steel forms a zinc coating protection through hot-dip galvanizing or electroplating processes. The coating is adjustable from 80 to 600g/㎡ and provides 5-50 years of protection against corrosion. It can meet 80% of the conventional anti-corrosion requirements at one-third of the cost of stainless steel and is often combined with color-coated steel plates for use in building steel structures, automotive chassis and other fields.
Aluminum Coil/Pipe/Plate is based on alloy systems such as 6061 and 7075. 0.01mm food-grade aluminum foil is used for moisture-proof packaging. The aluminum coil for construction is coated with fluorocarbon roller and complies with the AAMA 2605 standard. The internal threaded aluminum tubes increase the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner by 20%, and the hot stamping of the 5 series aluminum plates reduces the weight of the vehicle body by 30% and enhances its strength by 40%.
Stainless Steel is based on alloys with a chromium content of ≥10.5%. Type 304 is used for food equipment, type 316L is suitable for seawater environments, and type 310S can withstand a high temperature of 1200℃. The processing accuracy reaches ±0.05mm of the seamless pipe wall thickness, covering extreme working conditions from -253 ℃ to 1150℃.
Aluzinc Steel adopts a gradient coating with an aluminum content of 5-15%. Its service life is 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized steel in high salt spray, acid and alkali environments. It has passed the GB/T 14978 certification and is suitable for the protection of coastal wind power towers and chemical equipment.
Prepainted Steel offers coating systems of PE (10-year color retention), HDP (15-year weather resistance), and PVDF (20-year zero powderization), featuring functions such as antibacterial (ISO 22196 certification), self-cleaning, and heat insulation (thermal conductivity ≤0.05W/(m · K)). It is widely applied in architectural decoration and functional scenarios.
