The Core Chamfering Machine CC2 series uses double-head chamfering, bevel width, bevel angle may be adjustable,  usual for 5~8mm*45° for aluminum plate bar heat exchanger core's chamfering. No matter the thickness of the workpiece, the double-head chamfering machine can automatically adapt the core size without additional adjustment.  The Automatic chamfering machine is also equipped with aluminum scrap collector to automatically collect the aluminum scraps, easy operation,  smooth and uniform charmfer.
