In machine, railroad car, and ship construction, TRUMPF deburrers are just as established as in steel construction, in job shops for sheet metal processing or in metalworking shops. They produce straight as well as radial edges.

The TruTool TKA 700 is equipped with a powerful 1700 watt drive that provides excellent performance, high torque and stable, safe machine control. Here you can make parts with clean visible edges, cut sharp edges or create arcs or prepared welds with a radius of 2, 3 or 4 mm. This can be achieved easily and quickly in different angular positions from 0° to 60°. The stepless adjustment of the chamfer length without tools is exceptionally precise and fast. You can easily produce structural steel chamfers up to 5 mm in one process. For chamfer lengths of 7 mm, you need a second step. Well-arranged handles reduce vibration and ensure ergonomic and stable machine control.
