Product details

This product is a blender jar (juice blender container) used in household kitchen appliances. The large transparent body, integrated handle, precise measuring scale, and reinforced bottom structure make it a highly demanding component for both mold manufacturing and injection molding. The greatest challenges in manufacturing this injection mold is achieving exceptional optical clarity while maintaining dimensional accuracy across such a large, thin-walled part. Any minor defect in the mold surface, gate design, or molding process can result in flow marks, weld lines, bubbles, or haze that negatively affect the product's appearance. The long flow length and varying wall thickness also make balanced filling difficult, increasing the risk of shrinkage, warpage, and internal stress. In addition, the integrated handle, reinforced ribs, bottom drive interface, and measuring marks require precise machining and excellent cooling control to ensure the container remains perfectly aligned and maintains a reliable seal with the blender base.

The mold base steel is S50C and mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more.
