RTP Pipeline Introduction

Rubber connection hoses for automobiles can be roughly divided into three categories: low pressure hoses, high pressure resistant hoses and oil resistant hoses. Although the structure of the hose is different, it consists of three basic parts: inner rubber layer, reinforcing layer and outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is the working layer of the hose in contact with the medium, and plays the role of sealing medium and protecting the reinforcing layer, which has to bear the immersion, corrosion and friction of the transport medium for a long time. In order to satisfy the working needs, the inner rubber layer is required to have a certain thickness, and be resistant to temperature, corrosion and friction, and have a certain degree of airtightness, flexibility and strength. The reinforcing layer is the part of the hose that bears pressure, and also gives the whole hose the necessary rigidity and strength. The outer layer is the protective layer of the hose, which is not only required to be wear-resistant and have a certain thickness, but also required to have a certain degree of erosion and ageing resistance due to the contact with the external environment.
