Material barrel temperature: On the premise of avoiding degradation of raw materials, the barrel temperature can be appropriately higher. The barrel temperature is usually controlled at 320~380°C. Plastic parts are large, the thickness is small, the process is long, and the molding cycle is short.

Mold temperature: Due to PSU good thermal stability and high viscosity, high mold temperature is suitable. Usually, the mold temperature is controlled at 90~150°C. Generally, the mold temperature of products with medium thickness (2.0~2.5mm) can be controlled at 90~100°C; while products with long flow channels, thin walls, small cross-sectional areas, and complex structures, The mold temperature can be increased to the injection pressure: PSU molding often requires higher injection pressure. For screw injection molding machines, the injection pressure is 100~140MPa, while for plunger injection molding machines it is 20MPa higher. If the injection pressure is too low, surface ripples, dents, bubbles, etc. will easily appear on the product, and the mechanical strength will be low. If the injection pressure is too high, demolding will be difficult.
