Multi-functional Installation robot WSR-600M

 

The WSR-600M is a multi-function machine that changes what it does rather than what it lifts. One chassis carries three quick-change attachments: a suction cup head for glass panels, a forklift head for material handling, and a winch head for lifting loads that are not flat. The head is changed on the machine, so the same carrier moves from a glass job to a loading job without a second machine on site.

 

In suction cup mode it lifts up to 600kg to a 3800mm lifting height with 950mm of arm extension, which covers shopfront glazing, partition glass, interior fit-out and light curtain wall work. The head carries two 400×700mm aluminium suction cups on dual pumps and dual vacuum circuits, the same long-format cup principle as the WSR-800LA in a smaller size, so the load is spread across the panel width instead of being held at two small points. Three load curves of 600kg, 425kg and 250kg are published with the machine, so the capacity at your own panel weight and reach can be read off the curve before you order.

 

Every movement is electric and wireless remote controlled across six functions, and the extended counterweight design keeps the machine compact enough to work indoors and through a standard doorway on a multi-storey site.

1. Three quick-change attachments on one carrier. 3. Extended counterweight design keeps the machine compact. The counterweight is extended rather than made larger, which keeps the machine size down without losing stability, so it works indoors, through a standard doorway and on a multi-storey site where a bigger machine cannot go.

 

4. Two long-format aluminium suction cups, not small round cups. The 400×700mm cups spread the load across the panel width, so a single large panel is gripped without several small cups fighting a heavy glass edge. The suction frame also articulates fully: 0-135° tilting, 360° endless rotating, ±50mm side shifting and 90° side turning on both sides, all electrically operated, so one operator can set a panel square to the opening without a second person guiding it.

 

5. Electric, wireless remote control across six functions: lifting, extension, rotation, tilting, side shifting and side turning, so the operator stands clear of the load at all times and no movement needs a second person on the panel.

 

6. AC24V front wheel driving with 15% uphill capability, so the machine is driven and positioned under power on site ramps and uneven ground without being pushed or winched into place.

 

7. Customisable attachment head beyond the three standard heads, so an attachment can be built for a load that is not a glass panel, not a pallet and not a flat plate.

 

8. DC12V-140Ah × 2 battery packs with AC110V-220V charging, so the machine can be charged on the same supply as the site rather than needing a special charger.

Because the cups are long-format rather than small round cups, the load is spread across the panel width, which is what makes a 600kg rating workable on a single panel. 3. How much can it lift, and how does the load change?

That matters on multi-storey sites and interior fit-out, where a bigger machine cannot enter the room or pass the door. Please confirm your doorway width and the access route with us, and we will check the machine against it.

 

5. How is the machine operated, and what is the warranty?
