As components for grate coolers installed in cement kilns, cast fixed Bars are one of our main products.

· Fixed Bars are produced by Vacuum process casting technology craft to ensure high dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Vacuum process casting have advantages of energy saving, high efficiency and cleaner production. Dry sand can be reused. Little dust, manpower saving, less harmful gas during pouring, environmental protection production.

· Fixed Bars are heat resistant and abrasion resistant. Fixed Bars with ZG40Cr28Ni20 material are recommended to installed at high-temperature stage of the cement kilns.

· Fixed Bars with different sizes, shapes and alloy materials can be customized according to customers' demands. OEM and ODM are accepted.
