 TECHNICAL FEATURE

1. The plates are pressed and formed at one time on a special press, and the entire material is blanked, with extremely high forming accuracy.

2. The press has a unique plate depth compensation device, which effectively compensates for the rebound of plate corrugations. The corrugation depth is uniform, the plates have good mechanical strength and high pressure-bearing capacity.

3. The unique design of the joint between the diversion area and the corrugation makes the distribution of the medium flow field more reasonable, with no flow dead areas and no heat exchange dead areas.

4. The unique adhesive-free snap-type gasket has better sealing performance, makes maintenance more convenient and lower maintenance costs.

5. The unique positioning reinforcement structure makes the plate assembly more accurate and does not deform after repeated disassembly and assembly.

6. Single-sided flow design, easy for piping, installation and maintenance.
