Therefore, the formulation of rubber mixing conditions mainly involves determining the appropriate molding time based on the requirements of plasticity.
4: Loading amount and top bolt pressure: If the loading amount is too small, the molding effect is low. Excessive glue loading can lead to uneven molding of raw rubber, high discharge temperature, and overloading of equipment, making it easy to damage. During the mixing process of the internal mixer, the top bolt must pressurize the rubber material to ensure a good mixing effect. Within a certain range, the mixing effect increases with the increase of the top bolt pressure.
