MLWF500H Dust Collector

This MLWF series Industrial Dust Collectors are designed to be utilized as an engineering safety control to protect users from the occupational hazards presented with various applications, such as welding, CNC cutting, grinding, polishing, etc. Given that the vast majority of the respirable particles in the airstream are under 0.4 microns in size, a filtered ventilation system that can filter down to that level is what is required to ensure the safety and health of the welder.

Our Filter Element filter accuracy is 0.3um, 99.97%. With automatic pulse back blowing system, you only need to clean dust bucket regularly. The maintainance and operation is easy and time-saving.

A: Customized and OEM orders are welcome if you need. You only need to provide us with your logo drawing, function requirements, colors, etc.

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

Q3: Will the package damaged during transportation?

A: Our package is considerate all the damage factors and make it to be safe, and our shipping agent have rich experience in safe tranportation. We have exported to 80 countries worldwide. So please don't worry, you will receive the parcel in good condition.

Q4: How to install and run the machine?

A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training
