Main configuration:

1. Hot box device: 1 set. The heating power is 180kW, automatic non sparking temperature control.

2. Pressure machine: 1 set. Automatic hydraulic control, with a set of crease mold, mold pattern can be customized

according to customer requirements.  

3. Cutting device. Three edge cutters are driven by the AC decelerating motor to cut the cushion and cut both sides of the

cushion.

4. Feed system. The AC servo motor drives the mat coil, and the electrical control is touch screen plus PLC control to

ensure the accuracy of feeding.
