Flying Man JTSR-900 Automatic Thermal Paper Slitting Rewinding Machine is suitable for cutting and rewinding all kinds of thermal sensitive materials, such as fax paper, cash register paper, ATM paper, electrocardiogram, medical record paper, engineering drawings, art paper, non-carbon copy paper, computer bills, non-woven fabrics and other materials.
- Machine adopts Siemens PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor, and it will automatically work.
- The main motor adopts Siemens inverter motor, and frequency inverter control.
- The feeding part is controlled by Sheng bang motor separately, and the mechanical chain is used for automatic feeding.
- All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated, ensure the stability and accuracy of material transfer and cutting process.
- New imported arc roll flattening technology, each finished small roll has a certain gap, to ensure that no paper core winding does not bite paper, no tower shape, easy unloading.
- New marker marking device, controlled by high precision imported AirTAC pneumatic components.
- The machine adopts round knife cutting, equipped with waste edge automatic discharge device.
