Fully Automatic Concrete Laser Screed Laser Screed Machine

Hydraulic concrete laser guided screed leveling machines are self-propelled six wheel drive, four wheel steer units. It has a 2.5m width screed head.
The screed head itself consists of 3 parts: the plow, the auger, and the vibrator. The plow disperses the concrete evenly, the auger removes the excess material to finished grade, and the vibrator smooth the surface.The screed has an on board computer system.
This system is able to determine the correct elevation height and provide commands for to the head for elevation control.

Main Features:

1. Used high accuracy laser device, close loop control technology and precision integrated hydraulic system, and microcomputer automatic control.
2.Screed assembly is hydraulic controlled. Integrated with laser system and computer control system, the machine will self-level and finish the screeding work with high efficiency.
3.The laser transmitter which measures the elevation is independent located, so there is no worry about the accumulative error.

Compared with the traditional way, the construction joints will be greatly reduced, so the maintenance cost and slab use will be down greatly.
