All the rig's systems of power,drawworks,mast,traveling block and transmission system are equipped to the self-proplled chassis.The rig is easy and low cost to be transported,and it has reliable performance,large working load and good off-road power. The basi parameters and overall design conform to the APl standard and HSE system. Adopt mature,reliable,practical and advanced technology.Key components of diesel engine,transmission case and so on are selected imported components.

ZJ30/1700B rig is driven by AC variable frequency motor, According to the function is divided into following major areas: drilling platform, power and electric supply area, pump area, solid control area, oil tank area and other devices. It is suitable for side drilling well, directional well and vertical well drilling operation within 3000m. Draw works and Rotary Table adopt independent driving mode. Drawworks is driven by one 600kW AC variable frequency motor; rotary table is driven by one 300kW AC variable frequency motor. Two sets of F-500 mud pumps are respectively driven by the other two YJ23A500kW AC variable frequency motors. The speed of motor used to driving drawworks is changed by one set two shifts transmission to drive drawworks through chain box, and to realize 2+2R gears. Rotary table adopts direct connection between motor and rotary through transmission shaft.

Characteristics and features

▲The rig adopts modular design, and installation & transportation times is less, which can realize to move and disasembely quickly.

▲Mast is front open-face, “K” type mast. It is two-section telescoping structure. It raising & lower by its own power, substructure is high-low position hydraulic telescoping structure，installation on low position and raising integrally .

▲The rig is driven and controlled by AC frequency conversion mode, which has special driller console. All air hose and oil tubes adopt quick acting coupling and are remarked clearly.
