Galvanized Steel: By improving the Senjimir hot-dip galvanizing process, the thickness of the zinc-iron alloy layer is precisely controlled at 8-25μm. The adhesion of the zinc layer is rated 1 in GB/T 13912. Its excellent cold-bending formability (no crack when bent at 180°) and welding compatibility (able to withstand a welding current of 200A) make it widely used in building steel structures, ventilation duct systems and agricultural machinery manufacturing. With mature technology and stable performance, it has become the industry benchmark for basic protective materials.
Aluminum Coil/Pipe/Plate: Aerograde aluminum alloys such as 6061-T6/7075-T651 are selected, with a tensile strength of 310-580 mpa and a density of only 2.7g/cm³, achieving a structural weight reduction of more than 40%. A 20-30μm ceramicized oxide film was formed by using micro-arc oxidation technology. Tested by ASTM B117, it has a salt spray resistance duration of over 1200 hours and is suitable for Marine engineering, rail transit and the heat dissipation systems of new energy batteries. The material features a thermal conductivity of 167W/(m · K) and a 95% recyclability rate, fully meeting the requirements of green manufacturing.
Stainless Steel: By applying the AOD-VOD double vacuum refining technology, the carbon content is controlled below 0.03% to ensure the integrity of the passivation film. The series products such as 304/316L/904L have been certified by the EN 10088 standard and demonstrate outstanding corrosion resistance in fields such as medical equipment (biocompatibility meets the requirements of ISO 10993), food processing (complies with FDA hygiene standards), and Marine engineering (resistant to Cl⁻ corrosion). Products with nano mirror surface treatment (Ra≤0.2μm) are more widely used in the high-end decoration field.
Aluzinc Steel: The Zn-Al-Si alloy coating isomorphic to Galvalume Steel. After 2000 hours of neutral salt spray test, the appearance time of red rust was 2.5 times delayed compared with that of ordinary galvanized steel plates. Its excellent stamping forming performance (elongation ≥25%) makes it the preferred material for container manufacturing, agricultural greenhouse frames and outdoor billboards, providing long-term protection at a high cost performance.
Prepainted Steel: It adopts a continuous five-coat and five-bake production line. The coating thickness is precisely controlled within 20-35μm. It has passed the AAMA 2605 standard certification and has a weather resistance of more than 25 years. Different coating systems such as fluorocarbon (PVDF) and high-weather-resistant polyester (HDP) meet the differentiated demands ranging from industrial plants (resistant to chemical corrosion) to commercial buildings (color retention ΔE≤1.5). The modular installation design increases the construction efficiency by 30%.
