Galvalume Steel: By using vacuum magnetron sputtering nano-coating technology, Al-Zn-Si ternary alloy is deposited onto the surface of the substrate with atomic-level accuracy. After the salt spray test in accordance with the ISO 9227 standard, the corrosion resistance duration exceeds 8,000 hours, which is four times longer than that of traditional galvanized steel plates. It can maintain structural stability in a high-temperature environment of 380℃. The unique honeycomb nano-lattice structure builds a dual protection system of sacrificial anode protection and physical barrier. The surface roughness is controlled at Ra≤0.3μm, and the adhesion of the coating is increased by 50%. It is widely used in high-end home appliance panels, integrated chassis of new energy vehicles and super high-rise steel structure buildings.

Galvanized Steel: Using AI dynamic temperature control hot-dip galvanizing process, the temperature fluctuation of molten zinc is precisely controlled within ±0.3 ° C to form a dense Zn-Fe alloy layer of 8-25μm. Stainless Steel: By applying the AOD-VOD double vacuum refining + electroslag remelting technology, the carbon content is precisely controlled below 0.008% to ensure the atomically dense passivation film. The series of products such as 304L, 316Ti and 904L have passed the highest-level certification of EN 10088-3. It performs outstandingly in fields such as medical equipment (compliant with ISO 10993 Class VI biocompatibility standards), food processing (certified by NSF 51 hygiene), and deep-sea engineering (with a 30% improvement in resistance to Cl⁻ corrosion). The nano-mirror surface treatment process enables the surface roughness to reach Ra≤0.05μm, achieving an optical-grade metallic texture.

Aluzinc Steel: Adopting the nano-alloy coating technology of the same source as Galvalume Steel, after a 3,000-hour neutral salt spray test, the corrosion resistance performance has been improved by three times. The material elongation is ≥32%, and the bending forming Angle can reach 270° without cracks. It is widely used in container manufacturing, modern agricultural greenhouses and outdoor large billboards, achieving a dual breakthrough of long-term protection and complex shaping processing with high cost performance.

Prepainted Steel: It has introduced a German intelligent eight-coat and eight-bake production line and is equipped with an AI vision closed-loop control system, achieving precise control of coating thickness within ±0.5μm. The PVDF fluorocarbon coating has passed the highest-level certification of AAMA 2605-2020, with an outdoor weather resistance life of up to 40 years and a color retention ΔE of ≤0.8. Supports Pantone full-color customization and 3D texture printing, providing functional and artistic building skin solutions for industrial plants, cultural landmarks and commercial complexes.
