Description:

Glazing Spacer Tape is a kind of foam tape. It used as a spacer for joint dimension control in structural silicone glazing systems. it is designed as a spacer for glass, metal, stone, mineral cement, and plastic panels in structural silicone glazing systems. It is to temporarily secure glazing or panels to the framework in shop fabrication of unitized structural silicone glazing and cladding systems; to temporarily secure lightweight veneers to substrates while permanent structural silicone adhesives are curing; as a thermal break to reduce the conduction of heat; to provide an even sight line in vision areas. We have 2 kinds of glazing tape, open-cell PVC foam, and close-cell EVA foam. PVC is closer to Norton. EVA is more economical. we have double sided tape and pe foam tape.

Features:
Glazing spacer tape has various density with modified acrylic adhesives that provide good inifial tack and high adhesion to many kinds of surface. They are suitable for sealing,shock proof and applied to nameplate omaments,side molding and sun loop of automotive.we are using modified acrylic adhesives and synthetical rubber adhesives for customer requirements.

Application:
Glazing spacer tape is designed for adhering to the irregular surface, fixing the nameplate, auto-mirror and often used in the automobile industry such as door sealing strips, pedal and metal boards. Specially suitable for the fixation of inner structure in the glass combination like the glass curtain wall and soundproof wall etc; also used to stick the car decorations and for the combination orientation of sound source inside the voice box.
