Pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine

The QTP1800F stretch wrapper is a traditional turntable type machine that has been designed to be as automatic as possible. Once the film has been loaded into the film jaw clamps there is no need to attach the film to the pallet in the normal way. At the end of the cycle the machine cuts the film with a hot wire, secures the tail end on to the pallet and then grips the film ready for the next load. It even comes with a remote control so if loaded by a lift truck the driver does not have to get out of his vehicle.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS
RAMP
Put the load on the turntable with a forklift or a pallet jack.

Weigh and wrap loads in one step with a scale built into the turntable.
FORKLIFT STOP
Helps the operator align the load on the turntable.
PIT MOUNT
It lets the operator put the load on the turntable at floor level.

Increase the length and width of your loads.
EXTENDED WRAP HEIGHT
Increase the wrap heights of your loads. Replace the 203 cm (80") mast with a 279 cm (110") or a 376 cm (140") mast.
CLICK-N-GO REMOTE CONTROL
Start or stop the machine from the forklift or other location.
Note: You can use the remote for multiple machines.
