VIP laminated with cement board

Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP) consists of a core material, typically made of a porous material like silica, fiberglass, enclosed within a gas-tight barrier. The air is evacuated from the panel to create a vacuum, which greatly minimizes heat transfer by conduction and convection.

Due to high thermal insulation performance of VIP, this material now is widely used in buildings industry. Cement coated insulation panel is to use 3mm-5mm cement board attached on two sides of VIP panel to realize VIP surface protection and longer service life.
