Part I: Product Introduction

This product is a high molecular weight neutral petroleum barium sulfonate, classified as Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive. It has good performance of demulsification and detergency and optimum antirust performance, widely used for blending industrial lubricant, grease, hydraulic oil, antirust and other protection oil products. It has no spot on metals to be used as ideal component in higher performance antirust formulation. It is an important Lubricant Additive Component in industrial applications, like High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, etc.

Part III: Features of the Neutral Barium Sulfonate

1) Alkylbenzene optimized combination with narrow molecular weight distribution.

2) Precisely controlled sulfonation process, extremely low free acid to ensure extremely low inorganic salt content.

3) Very low content of inorganic salts to minimize residual oil spots.

4) Precise neutralization and filtration process to ensure excellent oil solubility and transparency

5) Very light color.

6) Excellent compatibility with various acid rust inhibitors.

Part IV: Package, Storage and Transportation

Packed in 200 liters drums or according to user`s requirement. Transportation mode is by container or truck. The maximum storage temperature shall not exceed 45℃. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, and it is same as petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, use and other aspects, thus it needs no special protection.
