BMC materials have excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, impact resistance, and dimensional stability. This makes them suitable for components that require robustness and longevity. In the mold processing process, the mold insert steel uses S136 steel with a hardness of HRC48 - 52, and the mold life of the steel can reach 500,000shots or more.
