Working principles of Drinking Water Seawater desalination equipment
Seawater desalination equipment consists of pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system, electrical control system, cleaning system, and dosing system. The pretreatment system includes a water storage tank, raw water pump, mechanical filter, and security filter. It mainly treats large impurities, residual chlorine, and fine particles in the raw water to ensure the quality of the water entering the reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis system includes a high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane module, pressure regulating valve and cleaning tank to further treat the pretreated raw water into fresh water. The raw water pump pressurizes seawater from the storage tank into the pretreatment system. After adding chemicals such as disinfectants and coagulants, the seawater is passed through mechanical filters. After passing through the pretreatment system, the seawater enters the high-pressure pump and flows through the high-rejection spiral membrane under the action of the high-pressure pump. By controlling the pressurization of the pressure regulating valve, part of the pure water in the seawater penetrates through the membrane into the porous collection pipe and flows out of the equipment through the hose, while the salt is blocked on the membrane surface and most of the seawater is removed. Expelled from the device. The filtered water undergoes water quality restoration, pH adjustment, and addition of antiscalants before entering the 5 μm security filtration system. The filtered low-pressure seawater enters the high-pressure pump for pressurization, and the other part enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device. The pressurized seawater is pressurized by the booster pump and mixed with the high-pressure pump water and enters the reverse osmosis membrane stack system. Under the treatment of the membrane stack, part of the high-pressure seawater passes through the membrane to form fresh water, which enters the fresh water tank for storage. The remaining high-pressure concentrated water enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device for energy recovery and then is discharged.
