Nylon Expandable Braided Sleeve has excellent fatigue resistance, enabling parts to maintain their original mechanical strength after repeated bending. Common escalator handrails, new bicycle plastic rims, and other occasions with obvious periodic fatigue usually rely on nylon. Nylon Cable Sleeve has a high softening point and heat resistance, and high crystallinity nylon boasts a high thermal deformation temperature, allowing for prolonged use at 150 degrees, while PA66 reinforced with glass fiber can reach a thermal deformation temperature of 250 degrees or higher. Nylon Wire Loom Sleeve features a smooth surface, a small friction coefficient, and wear resistance, making it self-lubricating and low noise when used as a mobile mechanical part, and suitable for operation without lubricant under low friction conditions.
