DIN C45E steel (c45e+n steel) is one kind of engineering structural medium carbon steel with good machinability and high tensile properties. c45e carbon steel is equivalent with EN8, 080M40, AISI1045, SAE 1045, 45#, JIS S45C etc ( c45e+n steel material equivalent ). It is usually used to produce gears, bolts, nuts, axles and various kinds of shafts. c45e steel we supply include c45e steel round bar, c45e steel square bar, c45e steel flat bar and c45e hexagonal steel bar etc. We can also do further processing on the bars to produce c45e cold drawn steel bar ( c45e+c steel bar, c45e quenched and tempered steel bar ( c45e+qt stele bar), c45e normalized steel bar ( c45e+n steel bar) etc. C45E steel specification is as below:
