First, performance and use:

1, this product contains titanium (AlTi5)4.5 ~ 5.5%,( 63559968,AlTi10)9.0 ~ 11.0%,( 63559969,AlTi15)14.0 ~ 16.0% aluminum-titanium intermediate alloy, used for aluminum alloy melting titanium element addition or grain refinement, low adding temperature, low loss of titanium element.

2. This product generates a large number of dispersed TiAl3 high melting point particles in liquid aluminum, which are refined grain organization as foreign crystal nuclei during solidification, thereby improving the strength and plasticity of aluminum or cast products and improving the comprehensive mechanical properties.

Second, the use of:

1. Bake and dry before use.

2, adding temperature: (AlTi5, AlTi10) above 720℃,( 63559970,AlTi15) above 730℃.

3, the amount of this product: according to the actual calculation and test to determine their own.

4. Adding method: Heat up to the required temperature, remove the scum, gently put the product into the aluminum liquid, stir evenly after melting, sample and analyze, and pour after qualified composition.
