Nylon insert lock nut

Nylon insert lock hex nut is also called prevailing torque hex nut, with nylon collar insert the top of the nut. The nylon insert’s diameter is slightly smaller than the bolt’s diameter, which increases the friction between the nylon insert and the bolt thread to realize lock function.

Liyue Hardware offers nylon insert lock nut with steel and stainless steel 304/316 material.

Standards: DIN982 / ISO 7040/ASME B 18.16.6.

Material: Carbon steel,stainless steel,brass, aluminum or other materials as agreed.

Surface treatment: plain or electroplated.

Tolerance: 6 H.

Product grade: For D≤M 16 Grade A.

For D>M 16 Grade B.

Property class: class 5,8,10 as agreed.
