Introduction of fluoropolymer lined reactor
1. Materials: carbon steel cylinder,stainless steel shell can be selected according to the design requirements. The inner lining of fluoroplastics can be chosen PTFE(F4),PFA,ECTFE, ETFE(F40).
2. Equipment lining is manufactured by PTFE/PFA/ECTFE sheet tight lining process; ETFE/Halar liner are manufactured by spray coating or rotolining technology.
RANA has improved the lining technology of fluoropolymer, broke through the problem that the tetrafluoroethylene lining cannot be tightly fitted with the metal components, and overcome the problmes of deformation, bump, or peeling off caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction
