6. There are three structural forms of globe valves: straight through, straight through, and angular, among which straight through is the most common.
7. Pneumatic or electric devices can be configured according to user needs to achieve remote control and program control.
8. After replacing the internal lining material, the valve can be suitable for various media.
Installation and use
When installing fluorine lined flange globe valves, it is important to ensure that the flow direction of the valve's medium is consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and to ensure ease of operation and maintenance. After installation, a sealing performance test should be conducted to confirm that there is no leakage. During use, high-temperature welding work on the valve should be avoided to prevent damage to the lining layer. For valves stored for a long time, it is recommended to keep the sealing surface in a slightly open and separated state to avoid deformation caused by long-term pressure, which may affect the sealing performance and service life.
