Fluorine lined globe valve

    Fluorine lined flange globe valve is a widely used valve in the industrial field, mainly used to cut off or connect the flow of media in pipelines, especially suitable for pipeline systems containing corrosive substances. Its main feature is that the valve body is covered with a corrosion-resistant material inside, usually fluoroplastics such as PTFE (F4), FEP (F46), PCTFE (F3), etc., which allows the valve to maintain good sealing and durability even in extreme environments.

Structural characteristics
1. Compared with ball valve and gate valve, globe valve have a relatively simple structure and are easy to manufacture and maintain.

2. Compared with butterfly valve, butterfly valves have a smaller volume and lighter weight, making them suitable for large-diameter pipelines. Fluorine lined flange globe valves are suitable for applications that require high-strength sealing and corrosion resistance.
3. The sealing surface is not easily worn or scratched, therefore it has good sealing performance and a long service life.
4. When opening and closing, the stroke of the valve disc is small, the opening and closing time is short, and the valve height is low.
5. The valve disc and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure, which improves the compactness and safety of the structure.
6. There are three structural forms of globe valves: straight through, straight through, and angular, among which straight through is the most common.
7. Pneumatic or electric devices can be configured according to user needs to achieve remote control and program control.
8. After replacing the internal lining material, the valve can be suitable for various media.

Installation and use
    When installing fluorine lined flange globe valves, it is important to ensure that the flow direction of the valve's medium is consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and to ensure ease of operation and maintenance. After installation, a sealing performance test should be conducted to confirm that there is no leakage. During use, high-temperature welding work on the valve should be avoided to prevent damage to the lining layer. For valves stored for a long time, it is recommended to keep the sealing surface in a slightly open and separated state to avoid deformation caused by long-term pressure, which may affect the sealing performance and service life.
