Single Opening Exhaust Valves

    A single port exhaust valve is a valve used in pipeline systems, whose main function is to remove air from the pipeline, prevent pipeline vibration, noise, or reduce water flow efficiency caused by gas volume accumulation. This type of exhaust valve is commonly used in independent heating systems, central heating systems, boilers, central air conditioning, underfloor heating, and solar heating systems.

Working principle
The working principle of a single port exhaust valve is based on the movement of a floating ball. When there is air in the pipeline, it will rise to the top of the exhaust valves, pushing the float up. The ascent of the floating ball will open a channel to the atmosphere, allowing air to escape. As the air is expelled, the water level rises and the float rises due to the buoyancy of the water, ultimately closing the exhaust channel and preventing water from flowing out. In this way, the exhaust valve can continuously remove air from the pipeline without draining water.

The materials of single port exhaust valves are diverse, including cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel structure, etc. Its features include automatic exhaust, simple structure, and easy installation and maintenance. In addition, single port exhaust valves have high reliability and stability, and can work stably in various environments for a long time.

The difference other valve(gate valve and ball valve)
Compared with gate valve and ball valve, single port exhaust valves have significant differences in structure and working principle. Gate valves are usually used to cut off or connect media, while ball valves achieve fluid on/off and flow regulation by rotating the ball. In contrast, a single port exhaust valve uses the buoyancy of a floating ball in water to automatically control the exhaust
